In the beginning, I thought this blue ramen is just a great advertisement and you pay for just unique color of average ramen. I didn't expect this ramen to be that great! The blue chicken broth has very rich a little salty flavor. The lemon makes ramen taste pretty sour. The slices of yummy meat are tender. Although, the portion is not too big, this dish left long lasting impression on me. It is not only have a special color but have a special flavor.
