士心 (SHISHIN SAMURAI RESTAURANT)日本京都 本店～武士風格的日本料理店～大推薦！

雖然去過京都好幾次, 但都是自己事前先搜尋餐廳. 這次因緣際會下, 由當地朋友推薦, 到訪了一家叫"士心"的餐廳.

這是一家以日本武士概念為主的京都餐廳。店內料理都是以歷史上很有名的武將去命名。例如像織田信長, 西鄉隆盛等. 而且一走進店內, 馬上能感受到濃濃的日本風情. 配上道地的手作料理, 替此趟旅遊大大加分!

店內主打使用日本國內嚴選食材,安全及具有品質, 最重要的是很好吃！

此次點了三道菜, 都大有來頭!

1. 西鄉隆盛喜歡吃的紅燒肉 : 鹿兒島的當地美食，也是西鄉隆盛的出生地。燉煮的十分軟嫩的紅燒豬肉配上味噌醬菜。真是白飯的好朋友! 因為九州的位置離中國很近，比本州有更多吃肉的機會，因此,據說當時的男性蠻多都是高大的體格。

2. 濃稠起士的豬排 (新菜色)-這根本是充滿罪惡的一道菜, 味道超濃郁的紅燒肉加上起士, 一起做成豬排!!!口感充滿層次. 又很飽足感! 當下追加一杯冰啤酒, 真的太配了!!

3. 德川齊昭最愛的近江牛味噌烤肉 (新菜色)-使用日本知名的近江牛肉, 佐上味噌, 經過表面烘烤, 同時維持牛肉內部的軟嫩!! 如果喜歡吃牛肉的人, 應該點來嘗一嘗. 推薦!!!

I always look for a nice place to eat by myself before heading to Kyoto. However, one of my local friends suggested going somewhere else at this time. It called “SHISHIN SAMURAI RESTAURANT".

It is a restaurant with the “samurai” theme and every meal named by the famous samurais or military commanders such as Oda Nobunaga, Saigo Takamori, etc. You can feel the ancient Japanese atmosphere right after walking into the place while the tasteful meals with an added bonus for this trip.

One of the main features is the selected local ingredients with safety and high quality. Most importantly, the food is so delicious!

I ordered three dishes, and they all came to the fore!

1. Saigo Takamori ‘s favorite “Braised Pork”: It is a regional cuisine of Kagoshima area which is also the birthplace of Saigo Takamori. The chef stewed the pork to very tender and served with miso pickles. I  have to say that this dish goes so well with rice! Because Kyushu’s location is very close to Chugoku,     the natives have more opportunities to eat more meat than Honshu. Therefore, it is said that most of the Kyushu men at that time were tall and in good figure.

2. Stringy-Cheese-Deep-Fried- Pork- Chops (new dish) –You will feel very guilty after eating this dish since it is a very rich braised pork with CHEESE!! The taste is full of layers and great satisfaction!  Don’t forget to order a glass of ice beer too! BEST match ever!

3. Tokugawa Nariaki's favorite “Omi Miso Grilled Beef”(new dish) – It cooked the well-known Japanese Omi Beef with miso. Also, the beef grilled slightly on the surface while maintaining the tenderness inside of it! If you like to eat beef, you should give a try! Highly recommend!

Furthermore, my friend mentioned that ShinShi Samurai Restaurant was awarded for ranking No. 1 at the TripAdvisor website. It is very famous among western people.
