好吃CP值高的程度,果然是讓人望天欲穿。
詢問老闆娘為什麼要特別把硬頸精神刻在看版上,必定是很重要的理念,加上店裡有客家經典花布樣式的斗笠

硬頸精神普遍是對客家人的認知,指的是認為是對的事就堅持下去,不輕易妥協。
粥星很感謝老闆娘固執的硬頸,才能在台中吃到堅持手作的天穿豆花。
全店你看的到的料,除了珍珠,其餘都是手作,店裡原本還有客家點心豬龍草,但近來人手短缺不供應,惋惜。到底CP值高在哪裡呢?不論點豆花,杏仁露還是剉冰,都滿滿的手工料,而芋頭不加價,煉乳不算一種料免費加在剉冰裡,這在台北似乎是找不太到了。。。

位在美村路一段649號的天穿豆花,店面其實不太起眼左邊是自助餐店,右邊則是康是美,加上騎樓被圍起來,它就被夾縫在中間。第一次經過時因為看到客人在騎樓吃冰,大大的碗公放在正方型的拖盤裡,光看就清涼,店裡明亮乾淨,圍過去看價格又清涼一陣。八寶冰60、剉冰50(上述兩種加煉乳不加價)、豆花50(豆漿或糖水)、只加一種料的話45。
它的配料我最推粉粿,不是螢光黃而是低調的草綠,軟而有嚼勁。因為手工做的沒有死板而無聊的Q感,常很快就沒有了。再來推芋頭、薏仁、綠豆、雪蓮子。花生比較不推,因為有點油。
